MUBASHIR RIZVI
Mr. Rizvi’s legal journey started at Penn State University, where he graduated at the top of his class with a Master of Laws. He has years of experience appearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board and Immigration Appeal Division, representing refugee and family sponsorship clients.
Mr. Rizvi is passionate about doing what is best for his clients and making sure they get the right results. After admittance into the bar, Mr. Rizvi has become a licensed lawyer, focusing on his true passions that include: Family Law, Real Estate Law, Litigation & Personal Injury Law.

Anoushka Aurora

Anoushka Aurora brings a dynamic background in law, business, and politics to her civil litigation work. She holds an LLB in Law with Politics from the University of Leicester and completed postgraduate legal studies at Osgoode Hall Law School in Commercial Law and Canadian Legal Foundations. With experience in client relations, political advocacy, and legal research, Anoushka approaches disputes with both legal precision and strategic insight.
At M.H.R. Law Firm, she handles a range of matters including contract disputes, real estate issues, and commercial conflicts. Known for her sharp analysis and clear communication, Anoushka delivers efficient, client-focused solutions. "I don't do boring, and I don't back down."
Tanya Bawa
Legal Assistant
Tanya Bawa is a legal assistant at M.H.R. Law Firm and a final-year Political Science student at Wilfrid Laurier University, concentrating in Law. She plans to pursue legal studies after graduation and currently supports the firm with file management, client communication, and legal drafting.
Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Tanya plays a key role in the litigation team. Focused, driven, and passionate about justice, she brings both professionalism and energy to her work. “Law school pending, but courtroom energy? Already here.”
Prabhkiran Garcha (PK)
L.L.B.
PK earned her LLB through the JD Pathway at the University of Leicester and holds a BA in Political Science with a Criminology minor from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Humber College. Passionate about family law, criminal law, and civil litigation, she is dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-centered support.
Currently working alongside the firm’s lawyers, PK is expanding her practical knowledge and experience across a wide range of legal matters. She brings strategic thinking, analytical depth, and strong research skills to every file, approaching each case with curiosity, focus, and a commitment to finding practical, effective solutions.
